What data do we process?
Communication data you provide yourself via the contact form, e-mail or phone (name, e-mail address, organisation and your message); customer data in the context of a collaboration (contact details, VAT number and invoicing data); and account data of registered users of the mijnwifi.be platform.
What do we use your data for?
To answer your question (legitimate interest), to execute and invoice agreements, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for direct marketing.
Cookies & Google Analytics
Besides strictly necessary cookies, we use Google Analytics (via Firebase) to analyse the use of our website, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit duration. Analytics cookies are only placed with your consent. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this processing.
reCAPTCHA
To prevent abuse of the contact form we use Google reCAPTCHA. Google may process technical data in the process (such as IP address and browser information). The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
How long do we keep your data?
Communication data: until your question has been handled. Customer data: for the duration of the collaboration and seven years thereafter (fiscal obligation). mijnwifi.be account data: up to two years after the last login.
Do we share your data?
Only with processors that support us (hosting, ICT, administration, analytics), bound by a data processing agreement, or when a legal obligation, court order or government instruction requires it. Never for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. E-mail info@demolco.be; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
